Angela Justice


Angela Justice is CASA of Lea County’s Board President.  Angela is from rural Kansas.  She attended Kansas State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communication and Journalism, with a minor in Animal Science.  She holds a master’s degree in Agricultural Education and Communications from Texas Tech University.  She is the former executive director of the American Museum of Agriculture in Lubbock, Texas.  Angela and her husband, Dr. Mark Justice of Double J Animal Hospital, have two young children.  She was compelled to join CASA after recognizing the ways in which children in Lea County were struggling and her desire to help ensure that these children were in a healthy and safe environment.

Brian Dunalp


Deputy Chief Brian Dunlap of the Hobbs Police Department serves as secretary on the Board of Directors for CASA of Lea County.  Brian grew up in Hobbs and graduated from Hobbs High School in 1994.  He attended College of the Southwest and is a graduate of New Mexico State University at Las Cruces where he received a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.  He is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy and the Leadership New Mexico Local Government program.  Brian and his wife, Shanna, have two children who are active in youth sports.  Brian’s commitment to the CASA of Lea County mission stems from the many years he has spent witnessing how the negative effects of substance abuse, domestic violence and parental neglect/abuse impact children.


Vicki Henry


Hobbs resident Vicki Henry serves as Treasurer of the Board of Director’s for CASA of Lea County.  Vicki holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Eastern New Mexico University.  She has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry and has worked as a public accountant, as well as being a small business owner.  She currently works as a CPA and eCommerce retailer from her home.  Vicki and her husband, Steve, are parents to two adult sons.  She was involved with United Way of Lea County for many years.  Vicki’s heart called her to CASA after watching children she knew suffer consequences based on the decisions made by adults in their lives.
